Amoralea respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of our services to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement that are reported to our designated copyright agent.

Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content hosted on this site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice containing all of the following information to our designated agent:

  1. Your contact information โ€” your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work โ€” a description of the work you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works.
  3. Identification of the infringing material โ€” a description of the material you claim is infringing, with enough detail to allow us to locate it on the site (e.g. the URL).
  4. A statement of good faith โ€” "I have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
  5. A statement of accuracy โ€” "The information in this notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner."
  6. Your signature โ€” a physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.

We will review your notice and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content promptly โ€” typically within 48 hours of receiving a valid and complete notice.

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  1. Your full name, address, telephone number, and email address.
