By accessing or using Amoralea ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Age Requirement
The Site contains adult content. You must be 18 years of age or older to access it. By confirming your age during the verification step, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you are not permitted to use the Site.
2. Accounts
To access premium content you may create an account or link a Patreon membership. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. You must not share your account with others or attempt to access another user's account.
3. Content and Intellectual Property
The games developed by Amoralea, along with our original text, artwork, and branding, are protected by copyright law. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from Amoralea's original content without our prior written permission. Some content on the Site may belong to third parties and is subject to their respective rights.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Redistribute, resell, or share premium content outside of your personal use
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract assets from the games
- Attempt to circumvent access controls or authentication
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Abuse, harass, or harm other users
5. Subscriptions and Payments
Premium access is provided through our Patreon. Billing and subscription management are processed by Patreon under their own Terms of Service. Refunds should primarily be requested through Patreon, but you are also welcome to contact us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help.
6. Third-Party Links and Content
Some content on the Site is linked from third-party services. We do not host those files on our servers. If you are a rights holder and believe a link infringes your copyright, please contact us at [email protected] and we will remove it promptly.
The games developed by Amoralea are original works, except where otherwise indicated. We do not authorise the redistribution of third-party material without the rights holder's permission.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue content or features at any time.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amoralea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.
9. DMCA / Copyright Infringement
If you believe any content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent including:
